dUe to the prelim period...dial four is quite busy with their studies so no time for our fans... so sorrie arhs...BUD dun worrie...DIAL4 is back again!!

Friday(yue bin day) we went to bia tan's house for a yue bin celebration... oso shui bian try out our new song :D
Miee..xiaoyu and hui went down to the function room to get our food as there is oli 3 tickets for abt 10 ppl we need to take turn to go into the room to take the foods (all thks to bia's marmie de good idea)..then we eat eat eat liao...go sing... first song sing wit ah ling ..bud bia house de kara-ok de system hmmx...nort good lorx...then limited song to sing so sing awhile jiu sian liao...lOls~ hmmx..while i was singing tat time...xiaoyu and hui was playing ma jiang with ah ni and shi-er (Ps:as all 3 are professional gambler, they were enjoying the game bud xiaoyu dunnoe how to play then play till berie bo charp) haas~

after tat we went to ivory height play yan huo.. play finish liao jiuwent back bia's house and FINALLY it was time to try on our new song liao woo~~ (to dial4 fans: i am sure u all will lik the song)
Tis tym we change out role...i will be playing the piano( vocal to piano) xiaoyu is playing the percussion part (same) hui(same) and via will be singing(percussion to vocal)..so u can see how jing cai our song will be..so be patient andWAIT

The World's Changing
Hi! Back to blog again. I pon the chinese prelim exam. Anyway, we are given a choice to go or not. Therefore, Yifang, Debbie, Sheryl, Liu Chin, Hui Hui and I pon arh!!

I was wondering what happened to the one minute of fame on Kidscentral so I checked out the website. To my surprise, I found some similarity in one of the groups with our band.

Vana 4. (Dial 4) All got the 4.



This group is really crappy. Go here and check out their crappy performance.(Vana 4 performance) "The team that you pick, will be us!" - What the ??? I definitely won't choose them. Anyway, they are still kids. (I think the adults are behind this.)

There's also another group, Generation 69. (Generation 69 performance) What the ??? Don't they know that 69 is a sex position? --> Check out Wikipedia (Please do not go the Wikipedia site if you are unable to accept obscenity. I think their performance is kinda cool but their name is ???

Totally insane. I don't know whether it's the kids or the adults.

Dear dial-four members,

RE:INVALID INFORMAL LETTER/INVITATION KNOWN AS "CONTRACT"

I am elated to inform you that according to the whatever hell law and whole wide world plus heavn law, even though i am selected to play any role in dial-four's MV, i have the right to reject the informal, invalid invitation.

Firstly, your letter/ invitation is not in a formal writing format. Since, it is not in formal form of writing, it should not be known as a contract. Even if you are writing to invite me for some occasion, this informal piece of writing shows that you are not respecting me. Nobody would want to work with insincere contract.

Secondly, you did not state that latter as a contract or invitation. I am confused whether you are trying to invite me or ask me to sign the contract or only informing me i am selected to play a role in the MV.

Thirdly, contract is supposed to be sign by me to prove that it is a contract and agreeable by me. Without me, how can there be a witness? Witness should be tha one that can prove i signed that "contract" too. If i never sign, regardless of how many witness, the letter/invitation/ "contract" would be invalid. Remember witnesscan be bribed too.

Forthly, terms and conditions by you seems mean to me with the phrase "regardless of any roles." Looks like you are trying to force me to do what i do not like. Neither are the others terms and conditions are acceptible to a human being. Nobody would want to help other by spoiling their own image.

Fifthly, with the word "selected" stated in your informal piece of writing, this can shows that this is just a letter or invitation, not a contract, so i have the right to reject.

Next, even though i promised to play in the MV verbally, i have the right to reject particopating in the MV verbally too as there is no contract. Furthermore, the witness who signed on the letter/ invitation/ "contract" is not around when i promised verbally. Neither did i sign any of your letter/ invitation/"contract".

Next, <<合做与快>> is wrong. It should be << 合作愉快>>. This again prove that you are insincere in cooperating with me. From this idiom, i can see that you are forcing me to play a role in your MV. << 合作愉快>> can only be said when contract is sign between teo related parties which is dial-four and me. However, i did not sign any contract. Therefore, i do not need to pay any US$10,000,000.

Next, with the hell bank note, i can see you are cursing me to die. Therefore, i have the right to reject the letter as i might be mentally hurt or emotionally hurt due to fright or shock. I might live in fear in future.

Next, there is no date stated in your letter/ invitation/"contract", there is no prove that your letter/ invitation/"contract" is valid till now. So i need not abide to any of your terms and conditions. IF i signed on it as it is invalid expired.

Next, i haven been threatened that if i do not agree to your terms and conditions, words will be post on blog. If words are posted on blog, none of us will have any advantages as i would be posting all the terms and conditions and my reply would be post on MY blog too. Remember, your terms and conditions are quite nasty in some ways. I am sure you would not want to destory the reputation of dial-four.

Next, there is also haoxiang's rule and law if there is dual-four's rule or law. If i have to abide your law and rule, why dont you abide to mine as well? Where is the justice? It seems that it is fair to dial-four, unfair to me. Well, put yourself in my shoes. So, there is no such thing call 毁约 in this case as there is no proper contract.

Therefore, i would like to emphasise once again, i do not need to abide to your terms and conditions. I need not to be blamed for not playing any roles in MV. Letters/invitation/"contract" previously written by dial-four is invalid.

However, there is still room for discussion if i am needed in the MV. Please message 9XXXXXXX to inform me about another contract. Since you all want me to sign your contract and agree to your terms and conditions, you all will also have to sign my contract and agree to my terms and condition. This is to respect each other's professionalism and integrity and prove that we agree on each other. Contract content will not be revealed until i receive a message to do so. Remember, you would not need to worry much about the contract i written if you 问心无鬼. I might consider to help you all if there is a sign of sincere and respects last word. 不要欺人太甚

ellO people.. today monday.. i just received mr tay letter.. RE: CHANGING OF SONG.. had told ah jia about it.. she was rather alright with the mr tay selection of song..

Sorry people.. dial-four are rather busy preparing their perlim.. so we will not update so much.. as long as there is any update.. we will post it over here.. now i am waiting for ms wong hao xiang de letter.. this is letter of complain.. this is a very short short update.. hope you dun mind..=)
