Dear dial-four members,

RE:INVALID INFORMAL LETTER/INVITATION KNOWN AS "CONTRACT"

I am elated to inform you that according to the whatever hell law and whole wide world plus heavn law, even though i am selected to play any role in dial-four's MV, i have the right to reject the informal, invalid invitation.

Firstly, your letter/ invitation is not in a formal writing format. Since, it is not in formal form of writing, it should not be known as a contract. Even if you are writing to invite me for some occasion, this informal piece of writing shows that you are not respecting me. Nobody would want to work with insincere contract.

Secondly, you did not state that latter as a contract or invitation. I am confused whether you are trying to invite me or ask me to sign the contract or only informing me i am selected to play a role in the MV.

Thirdly, contract is supposed to be sign by me to prove that it is a contract and agreeable by me. Without me, how can there be a witness? Witness should be tha one that can prove i signed that "contract" too. If i never sign, regardless of how many witness, the letter/invitation/ "contract" would be invalid. Remember witnesscan be bribed too.

Forthly, terms and conditions by you seems mean to me with the phrase "regardless of any roles." Looks like you are trying to force me to do what i do not like. Neither are the others terms and conditions are acceptible to a human being. Nobody would want to help other by spoiling their own image.

Fifthly, with the word "selected" stated in your informal piece of writing, this can shows that this is just a letter or invitation, not a contract, so i have the right to reject.

Next, even though i promised to play in the MV verbally, i have the right to reject particopating in the MV verbally too as there is no contract. Furthermore, the witness who signed on the letter/ invitation/ "contract" is not around when i promised verbally. Neither did i sign any of your letter/ invitation/"contract".

Next, <<合做与快>> is wrong. It should be << 合作愉快>>. This again prove that you are insincere in cooperating with me. From this idiom, i can see that you are forcing me to play a role in your MV. << 合作愉快>> can only be said when contract is sign between teo related parties which is dial-four and me. However, i did not sign any contract. Therefore, i do not need to pay any US$10,000,000.

Next, with the hell bank note, i can see you are cursing me to die. Therefore, i have the right to reject the letter as i might be mentally hurt or emotionally hurt due to fright or shock. I might live in fear in future.

Next, there is no date stated in your letter/ invitation/"contract", there is no prove that your letter/ invitation/"contract" is valid till now. So i need not abide to any of your terms and conditions. IF i signed on it as it is invalid expired.

Next, i haven been threatened that if i do not agree to your terms and conditions, words will be post on blog. If words are posted on blog, none of us will have any advantages as i would be posting all the terms and conditions and my reply would be post on MY blog too. Remember, your terms and conditions are quite nasty in some ways. I am sure you would not want to destory the reputation of dial-four.

Next, there is also haoxiang's rule and law if there is dual-four's rule or law. If i have to abide your law and rule, why dont you abide to mine as well? Where is the justice? It seems that it is fair to dial-four, unfair to me. Well, put yourself in my shoes. So, there is no such thing call 毁约 in this case as there is no proper contract.

Therefore, i would like to emphasise once again, i do not need to abide to your terms and conditions. I need not to be blamed for not playing any roles in MV. Letters/invitation/"contract" previously written by dial-four is invalid.

However, there is still room for discussion if i am needed in the MV. Please message 9XXXXXXX to inform me about another contract. Since you all want me to sign your contract and agree to your terms and conditions, you all will also have to sign my contract and agree to my terms and condition. This is to respect each other's professionalism and integrity and prove that we agree on each other. Contract content will not be revealed until i receive a message to do so. Remember, you would not need to worry much about the contract i written if you 问心无鬼. I might consider to help you all if there is a sign of sincere and respects last word. 不要欺人太甚
